John displays an outstanding ability to plan, coordinate and implement best practices and procedures to bring the best possible outcome to our clients. He trains his team of agents to always be striving to understand the clients needs and provide exceptional results through a cognitive and positive approach nowhere else offered. John received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from the Rutgers Business School in NJ in 2007, has lived and worked in the downtown Miami area for the last 7 years before relocating from NYC. He's accumulated 15 years of professional experience working in retail banking, real estate & hospitality & able to speak three languages including English, Spanish & Portuguese.
